Temperament: Very sweet and friendly. Hopper has a very outgoing and humorous personality. He loves being apart of our family and playing with our kids. Hopper especially loves swimming in the pool and playing fetch with our children.
Conformation: Hopper has a very muscular solid look to him. He has a gorgeous block-ish style head and a shiny black coat. He is approximately 23 inches tall.
Training and Field Work: Hopper came to us this past spring having been trained sporadically over the last year. He adapted to our program with out missing a beat. He got his Hunter Retriever Title with very little effort. We are so pleased to announce that Hopper recieve his Hunting Retriever Champion title at Central Alabama HRC. Hopper is a excellent marker with a lot of drive. His enthusiasm and handling ability set him apart from many other dogs. Hopper made it to the 3rd series of the North Carolina International Grand in the Fall of 2005.
Hopper was hunted and picked up many birds down in South Louisiana this past duck season.
