Y-FARMS BOARDING AGREEMENT

 I agree that Y-Farms Kennels will provide boarding for my dog. 

 ***For long term boarding the 1st month’s fee is due upon delivery of the dog to Y-Farms Kennels, for short term boarding, payment is due at pick up.

***We ask that you keep your pet up to date on all his vaccines, DHLPP, Rabies, Bordetella, Canine Influenza, and supply us with the dates of these vaccines for our records. It’s best to have vaccinations given at least one week or more prior to his visit.

***All customers will be responsible for providing heart worm preventative, medications and dog food (if my pet is on a special diet) while he/she is at Y-Farms Kennels.

***All dogs that board in our home must be well behaved, obedient and house trained. At any time, your dog will be transferred to the outdoor kennels if he/she does not meet the requirements listed above.

***Your dog will have his own individual indoor/outdoor run, unless you ask us to house more than one of your dogs together. Your dog will be comfortable, and if he does not use his run to relieve himself, he will be let out into an outdoor exercise area regularly. Just like children and people, dogs get bumps and scrapes while playing. If your dog or puppy is injured we will address any medical needs. If the injury is more serious, we will notify you immediately and make any veterinary arrangements necessary

***We do allow drop off and pick up on weekends & holidays if arrangements are made ahead of time. If your pet is not picked up by 3pm, we will charge for that day’s boarding.
