The Labrador Club
The Labrador Retriever Club, Inc. (LRC) is a nationally based club dedicated to preserving the integrity of the breed. It is the single organization officially recognized by the American Kennel Club as the national parent club of the Labrador Retriever. Incorporated in October 1931, in the state of New York, the LRC, Inc. is not affiliated with any other association titled or claiming to be the National Labrador Retriever Club.

American Chesapeake Club
The American Chesapeake Club, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to foster and encourage the breeding of the Chesapeake Bay Retriever, the conservation of game through the increased use of the Chesapeake Bay Retriever in waterfowl and upland game hunting, to improve the breed, and for the accomplishment of such aims and purposes, to lay down a standard of, to encourage the holding of dog shows and field trials, and to foster other activities suited to the dissemination of knowledge concerning the breed.

Amite River Hunting Retriever Club
The club consists of both amateurs and professionals, young and old, male and female, and hunters and non hunters. It exists for two main reasons: to help each handler achieve their maximum potential and to better all retriever breeds through selective breeding.
