At Y-Farms, we offer a Puppy Basic's program,

Adult Dog Obedience, Retriever Training & Boarding.

We SPECIALIZE in Young Dog Obedience &

Puppy Basic's Training.

Puppy Basic's Program:

Our program is for young puppies (12 wks. to 20 wks. of age) which includes puppy socialization, crate training, puppy retrieving, basic obedience. We feel that working with puppy's early in their lives gives them a head start for a productive future. We charge $150.00 per week  for puppy training. 

                                                                         

                                                                                                                                          

Doggy Day Care & Recovery :

While you are away at work we will spend time with your pet. Your dog will swim, take long walks and get tons of TLC. We will cater to his/her individual needs. We charge $20 per day for doggy day care.  Our day care hours are from 8am to 6pm.  

***We have recently added  Rehab/Recovery  to our day care. After several requests to work with injured dogs that are in recovery we have begun doing so. We offer hands on care and water therapy during their visit.

 

 

 

All Breed Obedience Training:

Our obedience program is for all dogs all breeds and all ages . Regardless of whether he will be a performance dog competing in hunt tests, a hunting buddy or a family companion it is important to teach obedience.

We teach No, Here, Heel, Sit and Down. We will also address any problems that you are having at home with your dog. We are hands on with our clients and encourage you to come out while we are training and be apart of your dogs training.  It generally takes 2 months of training for your dog to be completely obedience trained. We charge $450.00 per month for obedience training.

Retriever Training:

Our retriever training is geared for young / started dogs.

This program teaches basic obedience, basic retrieving, force hold , introduction to gunfire and birds.  We charge $500.00 month for Retriever training.

 ***Includes boarding, dog food, training ducks & supplies.

 

 

    

Training Grounds:

Our kennel is located on 100 acres of rural farm land and we also have use of land in Zachary and Ethel, Louisiana
